Velvet Light

1. Open up an icon-sized image or use mine if you wish.
   
   
   
   
2. Duplicate your image layer (Layer->Duplicate Layer or Ctrl+Shift+N) and set it to the "Overlay" blend mode ontop of all layers with a 50% opacity.
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+E to merge all layers. Paste this gradient on the "Soft Light" blend mode atop all layers.
   
   
   
   
4. Add this grunge texture and set the blend mode to "Multiply" at a 40% opacity:
