Silver Skies

1. Open up an icon-sized image or use mine if you wish.
   
   
   
   
2. Duplicate your image, (Layer->New Layer or Ctrl+Shift+N) and set your new layer on the "Exclusion" blend mode. Lower this layer's opacity to 20%.
3. Repeat the Step 2, but this time the layer blend mode should be set on "Overlay" with the opacity left at 100%.
   
4. Go back to your background layer and press Ctrl+L. A "Levels" window will pop up. Change the "Input Levels" to 0, 1.15, and 114. The ouput levels should be set at 0 and 255. Select "Ok."
   
5. Open up an image you wish to add Blue Coloring to.
6. Finally, I've set the following on the "Lighten" blend mode for decoration.
