Snow Effect

1. Open up an image you wish to add a Snow Effect to.
   
2. Sharpen the background layer (Filter->Sharpen->Sharpen) fade the Sharpen by 50%.
3. Duplicate the layer and set it on Multiply onto of the original layer. Over this layer paste the following texture:
   
   
   
   
4. Use the following textures on Screen for each of the snow layers:
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. Animate your icon and add a #000000 border if desired.
