Gorgeous Blue Coloring

1. Open up an image you wish to add Blue Coloring to.
   
2. Sharpen the background layer (Filter->Sharpen->Sharpen.) You might find your image a little over-sharpened at parts. Select the blur tool and drag it over the over-sharpened parts of your image.
   
3. Duplicate this layer and set it on overlay mode onto of the original layer.
4. Paste this texture over your image and layers on Screen at 100% opacity.
   
   
   
   
5. This texture should next be placed over all layers on Soft Light at 100% opacity.
   
   
   
   
6. Paste this texture over your layers on Screen at 100% opacity.
   
   
   
   
7. Finally, define this text brush and use it on a new layer in #FFFFFF at 100% opacity.
