Scratch Texture Effect #2

1. Open up a 500px by 500px #000000 canvas.
2. Start by using a default 1px round brush in #FFFFFF to create a few long random strokes.
3. Make a new layer. The background color of this layer should be #000000.
4. Under the "Filters" tab, select "Noise" and follow with the "Add noise" effect. Adjust the amount of Noise to 10% check off Gaussian Noise and Monochromatic. Set this layer at "Color Burn."
5. Click ctrl+F to repeat the previous step.
