Blue Coloring

1. Open up an image or use mine if you wish.
   
   
   
   
2. Adjust the curves (Image->Adjustments->Curves) and change the Input to 85 and the Output to 140.
3. To give the image more interest, I've changed the following Selective Color (Image->Adjustments->Selective Color) values:
   
   Reds:
   Black: +100%
   Cyan: +100%
   Magenta: -100%
   Yellow: -100%
   
   Yellows:
   Yellow: +100%
   Cyan: +100
   Magenta: -100
   Black: +100
   
   Blues:
   Black: +100%
   Cyan: +100%
   Magenta: -50%
   Yellow: +100%
   
   Blacks:
   Magenta: +5%
   Yellow: +100%
   Black: +5
   
   
4. I've also adjusted the Hue and Saturation (Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation) of the image:
   
   Hue: +10
   Saturation: +30
   Lightness: +5
