Chrome Splatter
- Start by selecting the 10px round brush in #FFFFFF.
- Using the brush draw a few random lines. on a black 700px by 700px canvas. Then select the "Filters" tab, click "Blur" and select the "Gaussian Blur" effect at a radius of 3px.
- Click the filters tab, select "Distort," and finally "Polar Coordinates." Make sure you have selected the "Rectangular to Polar" option.
- Next, click the filters tab, but this time select "Render" and "Lens Flare." Have the 30-500mm option checked and make sure the brightness is at 100%. Drag the flare so it is right above the brush lines.
- Finally, in the filters tab, select "Sketch Chrome" followed by "Artistic," then "Neon Glow" both in default settings. Choose your preferred glow color and save.
