Swirl Brush in Photoshop

1. Open up a 500px by 500px #FFFFFF canvas.
2. Start by selecting the "Pen" tool (press the "P" key) and match my settings.
3. Draw a curving path using the Pen and stroke your path (left click on your path in the path window and select "Stroke Path") with a 3px black brush. A screenshot is available here.
4. Next, to get a better view of your now stroked path, delete your path by left clicking your path and selecting "Delete". A screenshot is once again available here.
5. Click the "Filters" tab followed by "Liquify" to gain the swirls. Select the "Twirl Clockwise Tool" (or click "C") and click the areas you would like twirled. View my settings here.
